Paying on Battle.net: balance caps, refunds and parental blocks
Blizzard's own launcher sells Diablo IV and its other games. It accepts the usual cards and PayPal and has clear limits on how much store balance you can hold.
Cards with a security code, PayPal, paysafecard and Balance cards from shops. Blizzard refunds games inside two weeks if you have played for two hours at most.

Battle.net Balance
Balance is bought in the shop (from £1) or added with a retail card. It is capped at £100, or £200 if you link the Battle.net Authenticator, cannot be turned back into money and cannot pay recurring subscriptions.
Refunds
Blizzard takes back games and expansions bought in the last fortnight if you have played for no more than two hours. Unused purchased currency and Balance can be refunded within 14 days, but anything you have bought with a game's currency generally cannot. Pre-purchases are refundable before release unless you have played more than two hours in early access.
Parental controls
Blizzard's parental controls can block the Battle.net Shop and in-game purchases, limit play time and send weekly reports. Set the controls up first: any Balance already on the account stays spendable.
